Delivery charges are quoted when your address is provided. 
Shipments are typically handled by major international courier services such as FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination and specific quote provided. Shipping costs generally range from $500 to $600 NZD, based on the exact delivery location.

The mesh cover is completely removed and thoroughly soaked in baby-safe cleaning solutions to effectively remove stains.
All hard surfaces, including the white plastic platform, are meticulously cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade products to eliminate dirt, bacteria, and ensure hygiene.
Any damaged O-Rings on the motor shaft and platform wheels are replaced. Bearings are carefully greased to guarantee smooth and quiet rocking functionality, preventing grinding, clicking, or any operational disruptions. Each refurbished SNOO is rigorously tested post-maintenance to confirm optimal performance.
